Gaige Efird

Gaige Efird is a Dallas-based entrepreneur, trader, and technology builder with eight years in the markets. His work sits where markets, software, and distribution meet: he builds systems that turn strategy into repeatable execution, and he builds the communities and channels that put those systems in front of people.

He trades options and futures, with a focus on the Nasdaq-100, and takes a data-first approach. He tests ideas across thousands of simulated trades and keeps only what holds up statistically. His research has covered chart-pattern studies, volatility analysis, equity momentum models, and prediction-market backtesting across more than 170,000 resolved markets.

He passed the Series 3 National Commodity Futures Examination in 2026 and has grown a trading community of more than 10,000 members. He is a hands-on builder who writes his own software, backtesting engines, websites, and automation tools.

NQ Alpha

Gaige is the founder and sole principal of NQ Alpha LLC, a technology company that builds automated trading software for the futures markets. He designed and engineered the full platform himself, including the backend and API infrastructure, the investor dashboard, and account management, and the website and client experience at nqalpha.com. NQ Alpha operates as a software and technology provider.

Wall Street Decoded

Through Wall Street Decoded, Gaige runs a trading mentorship program. It teaches traders structured, rules-based approaches to the markets, with an emphasis on discipline, risk management, and process over prediction. The program reflects his core belief that consistent results come from a repeatable process, not from guessing. After teaching over 1,000 students and reaching a 96% student success rate, Gaige has been featured in Times Square in NYC.

Dub

Gaige is a creator and Dub Advisor partner on Dub, a copy-trading investing platform. On Dub, users browse creators’ portfolios, review performance metrics, and pick investors to copy, and the trades then execute automatically in the users’ own accounts. The company’s thesis is that the future of investing is less about choosing individual stocks and more about choosing the people you trust to invest alongside. Dub is backed by prominent names in tech and finance, including Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi and Robinhood co-founder Nathan Rodland, and has raised $47 million in total. As a Dub creator, Gaige brings his systematic, research-driven approach to a broader retail audience.

ChartTrendz

Gaige is a profit-share partner in ChartTrendz, a chart-analysis app on the App Store. He leads its creator marketing, running face-cam UGC campaigns and handling the post-production that drives app downloads.
